We’re making lots of changes to Nibbler, you can see the latest updates here. Of course the main focus of Nibbler will still be on providing useful, impartial reports on websites.
We realised that giving you the long page of test results was information overload, so we’re grouping each test into relevant categories, and these match the current summary scores: Accessibility, Experience, Marketing and Technology. There’s also going to be a Highlights page which shows key information about the site.
You’ll see the main Nibbler score above the screenshot of the website, with the retest button underneath the domain name.
Retesting the site will be easier as you won’t have to leave the page to update your report. When you press‘Retest’ it will show you a progress bar in the page, and you’ll be shown the new report when ready.

The progress bar is shown in the page
Test results are separated into the categories and you drill down to find the information. It means each test result is shown separately and clearly, and there’s no restriction on space.
Claiming the site
If you worked on this site, you’ll see options to claim it as your own. This will add the website to your profile. It will also add the badges gained by this site to your own profile.
You can see the people who have already claimed this website as their own in the top right of the screen. These are people who have designed, developed or own the site.

In order to claim the site, you will need to be able to prove your involvement with it, so it’s likely to mean either adding an invisible meta tag to your site, or uploading a file into the root of the server.
